Where are you located?
The Storage Place is located at 18154 ID-41, Rathdrum, ID 83858, and Prairie Schooner Estates is located at 2175 ID-53, Rathdrum, ID 83858.
What are the office hours?
We have staff off-site available between 10:00 AM and 4:30 AM Monday-Friday by appointment, so don’t hesitate to schedule your visit. You can also call us if the office hours don’t work for you.
What are your access hours?
The Storage Place - Tenant Access from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Prairie Schooner Estates - Tenant Access from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
How far are you from Spirit Lake, Idaho?
Great question! We are 10 miles away from Spirit Lake, meaning you can reach our self-storage property in about 10 minutes. If you think that any day is a perfect day for boating, we offer both enclosed and covered parking spaces with gate access.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows you to park your vehicle directly in front of your self-storage unit so you don’t have to deal with transporting heavy items back and forth through narrow hallways. Since you also won’t have to carry items all the way from a parking space outside the facility, this useful amenity will save you both time and energy throughout your renting experience.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
We sure do! You can save money by renting one of our outdoor parking spaces to keep your boat or camper properly stored until you need to retrieve it, but there’s also the option to store it inside. If you would like to keep your equipment warm in the winter or use the enclosed storage units as a mini-warehouse, you’ll be able to use our electrical hookups.
What is the security like?
All coming and going traffic is recorded on our surveillance camera system. Gate access and perimeter fencing will help keep your items secure during your stay with us. You can also use our storage units to store your vehicle, making it even safer while you’re away.

Our website is very easy to use, allowing you to check unit availability and reserve storage units right away. If you’re looking for an easy way to pay your rent once your move starts, our online bill pay option allows renters to make payments from anywhere with an internet connection. How do I pay my bill?
You can easily pay your bill online using a credit or debit card! Call your facility to talk to a manager about your other options, or stop by the office and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
